Wallchakra is an online platform that offers Vaastu-aligned art for personal and decorative use. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under parental guidance.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, product descriptions, and written content on this website are exclusive to Wallchakra and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our artwork or brand is strictly prohibited.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.

  • Delays due to courier service or natural disruptions are not our responsibility.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer 7-day return on eligible orders in case you're not satisfied.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery via email with clear product photos.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • No returns on damaged items without unboxing video proof within 48 hours.

  • Approved refunds (excluding return courier cost) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Privacy

We respect your data. Information collected during order placement or newsletter signup is used only to fulfill your request. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Use of Artwork

Wallchakra visuals are for personal/home use only. Commercial reproduction or resale is not allowed without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

While each artwork is created using Vaastu principles, individual experiences may vary. Our products are intended as a support tool, not a guaranteed spiritual or financial remedy.
